reading from MDMS database for a single meter. The response contains the timestamp, <br />channel ID, value, and unit of measure of the latest register reading in the database. One <br />reading for each channel is supplied in the response. Both methods, when enQuesta will <br />first try to get the readings using InitiateMeterReadingsByMeterID method and if it's <br />failed/timeout will try to get it using GetLatestReadingByMeterID method..
