A. Demobilization/Remobilization Fees: Concord will invoice for cost plus fifteen percent <br />(15%) to move in and out of market (i.e. travel fees, cancellation fees, vehicle transportation <br />fees.) <br />B. Stand Down Time: If Concord's technicians are unable to work during delays or <br />suspensions cause by Santa Ana and Concord's resources remain deployed, Concord will <br />invoice at $95.00 per hour, per technician for time Concord is stood down. <br />8.4. Standard Meter Exchange includes only those items expressly detailed in this ISOW herein. <br />Standard Water Meter Exchange Services will be provided based upon information provided <br />by Santa Ana regarding meter type, size, and accessibility. Concord assumes all metering data <br />as it pertains to characteristics (size, model, etc.) or any special requirements will be accurately <br />provided in advance of the meter installation services. Aqua -Metric does not warrant data will <br />be free of duplicates, anomalies, stale data, decommissioned meters, closed accounts, inaccurate <br />data, etc. <br />8.5. All meters will be assumed to be located in a conspicuous and easily accessible locations. All <br />hard to find meters will have location descriptions and/or assistance from Santa Ana as <br />necessary to locate. <br />8.6. Traffic Control cost(s) (including but not limited to planning, engineering, permitting, <br />implementation, labor, Traffic Control device setup and removal, etc.) will be invoiced as <br />necessary and on occurrence at cost plus fifteen percent (15%). <br />8.7. Concord shall not be responsible to remove, repair, or replace any paving or other hard/solid <br />surfaces (concrete, asphalt, pavers, etc.) unless repair or replacement is necessary to correct <br />damages caused by Concord's poor workmanship or negligence. <br />2 5 H -47 Page 40 <br />
