A billing <br />determinant is either; <br />• A register read; or <br />• A value calculated by the MDM for billing purposes based on interval <br />Billing Determinant <br />and/or register read data. If rates are blocked, seasonally <br />differentiated, time -differentiated, or separated by demand and <br />energy measures, then the billing determinants are organized in the <br />same fashion. <br />Change Management <br />The process outlined in section 4.3 of the SOW, which SmartWorks will <br />Process <br />follow for any proposed changes to the SOW. <br />Deliverable <br />An item created during the project that requires formal review and <br />approval by Customer. <br />Deliverable <br />Criterion by which Customer determines that the Deliverable provided by <br />Acceptance Criteria <br />Consultant is in accordance with this Statement of Work. <br />Deliverable <br />A central listing of all Deliverables and Work Products developed by and <br />Acceptance Criteria <br />maintained throughout the project. <br />Document <br />A baseline plan created by SmartWorks in collaboration with Customer <br />Detailed Project Plan <br />during the Initiation and Build phase of the project. The plan establishes <br />the implementation timeline (including certain milestones) for the project. <br />Expected Solution <br />The date, identified in the Detailed Project Plan, by which the Parties <br />Acceptance Date <br />expect Solution Acceptance to be achieved. <br />Functional Testing <br />Test the core Solution components (configuration, interfaces, reports, and <br />modifications) against agreed upon requirements. <br />Go -Live Plan <br />A Deliverable identifying and describing the activities to be performed <br />Document <br />during the Deployment phase of the project. <br />Integration Testing <br />Test the end -to -end process based on business processes and scenarios <br />against the agreed upon integration requirements. <br />A meter read showing the consumption over a defined period of time, <br />demand, or interval, normally 60 minutes, 30 minutes, 15 minutes or 5 <br />Interval Read Data <br />minutes. <br />Typical units of measure include Gallons/cubic foot or cubic meter for <br />water meters. <br />Unique stream of meter read data, with corresponding UOM (Unit of <br />Measure), provided by meters and stored under a unique Channel ID <br />Meter Channel <br />within SmartWorks Compass. <br />Each channel can consist of consumption data (referred to as consumption <br />channel) or a demand data (referred to as demand channel). <br />City of Santa Ana—SmartWorks Statement of Work <br />25H-55 Page48 <br />
