I`' SMARTWORKS <br />created during the Initiation and Build phase, are customized specific to the implementation for Customer. <br />The Test Plan and Test Case Scenarios are used for testing and will be provided to Customer for their own <br />review and testing of the system. SmartWorks Implementation Team and Customer staff will work as a <br />team to ensure that exhaustive testing is carried out. During the Testing phase, when the system testing <br />is beingexecuted, the Project Team will be meeting to review the testing status and ensure thatscheduled <br />testing is being carried out. <br />Once system testing has been completed, and Customer staff has been trained on the system, Customer <br />staff will have the necessary tools to review the system for acceptance. Customer will have access to its <br />own instance of the SmartWorks Software, loaded with their data, to train and test on. SmartWorks <br />Consultants assigned to Customer will provide training of the system to the staff, along with training <br />documents, consisting of User Guides and PowerPoint.
