Expanded Form <br />Orange County Santa Ana Region <br />Sanitary Sewer Overflow Reporting Guidelines <br />Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements Order No 2006-0003 finds that all federal and state agencies, municipalities. counties, <br />districts, and other public entities that own or operate sanitary sewer systems greater than one mile in length requires notification and reporting of <br />all sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs). SSOs are defined as any overflow, spill, release, discharge or diversion of wastewater from a sanitary <br />sewer system.
