ALLOWING <br />TEMPORARY OUTDOOR DINING ACTIVITIES TO OCCUR WITHIN PLAZA <br />CALLE CUATRO FOR THE PERIOD DECEMBER 1, 2020 THROUGH NOVEMBER <br />30, 2021 FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,028 (GENERAL FUND) – <br />Planning and Building Agency; Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency <br />and Community Development Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute a second <br />amendment to extend the term and increase the outdoor dining space for the <br />License Agreement with East End Realty Partnership, LP and Wursthaus Inc., <br />allowing temporary outdoor dining activities to occur within Plaza Calle Cuatro <br />for the period of December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021, in an amount <br />not to exceed $2,028, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and the City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25C.
