<br />on said Map, as vacated and described in that certain
<br />Resolution NO. 82-17 of the City Council of the City of
<br />Santa Anar a certified copy of which was recorded February
<br />11, 1982, as Document No. 92-051577 of Official Records of
<br />Orange County, California, bounded Southerly by the North
