No areas of significance were identified from the construction or operation of the proposed project. The project requires adoption of a MMRP, which contains mitigation measures to address biological resources, geology and soils, noise, tribal cultural resources, and cultural resources. On June 8, 2020, the draft MND was circulated to interested parties and the notice of intent (NOI) was published in the Orange County Register and posted with the State's Clearinghouse. The draft MND was available for public review at the City Hall and on the project's webpage on the City's website. All comments received by interested parties were included in the final document. Public Notification and Community Outreach Advertising and notification of the public hearing for this item was conducted in compliance with Section 27-15 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code (SAMC). On December 20, 2020, notification by mail was mailed to all property owners, occupants, and other interested parties within 500 feet of the project site in accordance with SAMC requirements and a newspaper posting was published in the Orange County Register in accordance with SAMC requirements. On June 8, 2020, the draft MND was circulated for 30 days to interested parties and the Notice of Intent (NOI) was published in the Orange County Register and posted with the State's Clearinghouse. The draft MND was available for public review at the Santa Ana City Hall and on the project's webpage on the City's website. A Sunshine Ordinance Community Meeting was held on October 16, 2018 from 5 to 6 p.m. at Salgado Community Center in Rosita Park (706 North Newhope Street) in accordance with the provisions of the City's Sunshine Ordinance. A total of six members of the public attended. The applicant provided all the required information to the City after the meeting. Lastly, the applicant provided a project update to the community at the Riverview West Neighborhood Association meeting of August 25, 2020. 75D-4
