Roberts, Inc., Paulus Engineering <br />Inc., Big Ben Engineering and Palp, Inc. dba Excel Paving Company to perform on -call emergency <br />repairs (Exhibits 2-5). These highly ranked firms demonstrated they have the experience, staff, <br />equipment, and financial security to provide a rapid response to the City's emergency infrastructure <br />needs. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. Prior to utilizing any of these on -call services, <br />Public Works Agency staff must receive Finance & Management Services Agency approval of <br />funding and accounts to be used to ensure funds are available under the authorization and shared <br />aggregate limit of $900,000.
