APPROVE QUALIFIED CONSULTANTS TO PROVIDE ON-CALL <br />ENVIRONMENTAL AND PLANNING SERVICES FOR PLANNING PROJECTS <br />AND SUPPLEMENTAL STAFF SERVICES FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED <br />$2,650,000 (GENERAL FUND AND NON-GENERAL FUND) – Planning and <br />Building Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements <br />to engage each of the 48 environmental and planning services firms listed <br />below, as-needed, for a period of three years beginning December 1, 2020 <br />through November 30, 2023, to provide on-call environmental, technical, and <br />planning services for the Planning and Building Agency at the fees set forth in <br />their responses to Request for Qualifications (No. 20-100) for a total allocation <br />for requested services not to exceed $2,650,000, subject to non-substantive <br />changes by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br />1.
