N-2019-221-01 <br />R� <br />Q l_ <br />�J <br />V <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO INTERAGENCY FLEET <br />MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on October 31 , <br />2020 by and between the Orange County Fire Authority, a California Joint Powers Authority <br />("OCFA"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and <br />existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2019-221, dated November 1, 2019, by which City <br />agreed to provide as -needed maintenance and repair services for OCFA's heavy duty and <br />light duty vehicles and apparatus at the City Yard ("Agreement"). <br />B. The Agreement remains in effect through October 31, 2020. <br />C. The parties now wish to extend the term of the Agreement. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />Section 2, Term and Termination, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through <br />October 31, 2022. <br />2.
