Located on a <br />3.5 acre narrow sloping parcel of land bordering a <br />wash on one side and homes on another, the new <br />Maintenance Facility for the city of San Gabriel had <br />programmatic challenges with vehicular circulation, <br />and noise mitigation that were resolve architecturally. <br />The facility considers sustainable design features such <br />as native plantings, recycled materials, and north - <br />south fenestration orientation for energy efficiency. <br />GPa was responsible for developing the needs <br />assessment and programming for the facility and <br />proceeded through design and construction <br />documentation. <br />Key Personnel: <br />Jack Panichapan - Mr. Panichapan acted as the <br />Principal in Charge and was responsible for the design <br />of this project for the exterior and interior including <br />furnishing. <br />Kent bueter - Mr. bueter was the Project Architect and <br />was in charge of the construction documents and <br />construction administration for the project which also <br />included coordinating documents between all the <br />disciplines. <br />Project Size; 34,600sf <br />Completion Date 2016 <br />Municipal I Corporate Yard U <br />CHy of Santa Ana- RFP <br />Page 16 <br />
