PEPPARD <br />Architect, State of California, Registration #C29591, <br />Summary: <br />Ms. Peppard has been in the Architectural and Engineering <br />profession since 1981, when she graduated from college in <br />Ireland. After 9 years of international experience, she <br />relocated to California where her experience expanded to <br />managing new build and tenant improvement projects for <br />public works and major amusement centers. Following a 5 <br />year interlude with a major wireless telecommunication <br />firm as a Field Engineer, she joined MSA Architecture & <br />Planning as a partner in 2003. She started her own <br />architectural practice, CAP Architecture, in 2011. <br />Catherine's experience in the Architectural and Engineering Industry is extensive and spans <br />over 32 years. She is directly involved in her projects from inception, through to construction <br />and final payments, including budgeting and coordination. The scope of her project experience <br />includes institutional, educational, commercial and residential, with an emphasis on <br />modifications, code compliance and upgrading of facilities. Her tenant improvement and <br />modification projects include libraries, shopping malls, offices and public buildings.
