Ultimately, it is our ability to listen, synthesize, and <br />communicate effectively that enhances project success. <br />Our dedicated wm I green team focuses on continual education of our staff and clients, expanding the use <br />of sustainable design and being a resource to our clients in pursuing LEED Certification goals. VVe have <br />over 40 projects that are pursuing some level of certification and over 30% of our staff is LEED Accredited. <br />Ware Malcomb is flexible in our approach. We have successfully worked in both design I bid I build and <br />design I build project scenarios.
