c) Scheduling and attending pre -bid conferences and job/site walks <br />d) Preparing bid addenda <br />e) Preparing bid analyses and reviewing and responding to bidders' submittals, such as shop <br />drawings, product data, samples and proposed equivalent products and materials. <br />2. Construction and Construction Management <br />a) Prepare "as -built" drawings, in current CAD format, as required <br />b) Visit construction site as needed to monitor quality of the work and resolve construction <br />issues. <br />c) Assist engineer, consultant and inspector with interpretation of the following: <br />• Plans and specifications <br />• Analysis of change conditions <br />• Development of corrective actions <br />• Review of shop drawings and other submittals <br />• Review, negotiation and preparation of change orders <br />d) Manage the construction phase and coordinate construction meetings to ensure the project <br />is completed on time and within budget. <br />• Provide weekly estimates of percent of work completed <br />• Approve vendor invoices for submittal to the City. <br />Move Management Services <br />At the City's sole discretion, assist the City Department(s) with the following services. <br />• Survey all existing items to relocate. <br />• Meet with client and the client's furniture vendor to verify the placement of all items for <br />move. <br />• Third party/peer review of architectural plan(s). <br />• Prepare move plans to show numbering system for ease of labeling boxes and items to <br />move. <br />• Prepare "move in" sketches for mover use, showing office and common area layouts. <br />• Coordinate with the City's Telecommunication Services and instruct staff in preparing for <br />the move. <br />• Coordinate and closely supervise move labor. <br />• Be responsible for all post -move follow-up. <br />Special Services <br />• Complete the State of California ADA surveys. <br />• Provide value engineering services upon request. <br />• Complete LEED Certification documentation upon request. <br />Plans and Documents <br />All plans and other documents prepared by the Consultant on behalf of the City shall become sole <br />property of the City. All documents and files must comply with current requirements set forth by <br />the various entities for record retention. <br />Fee Proposal: <br />In addition to Section III.
