TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2019-02 (COUNTY MAP NO. 2018-188) <br /> <br />LOCATION: 666 East Dyer Road located in the Heavy Industrial (M-2) zoning district <br /> <br />REQUEST: The applicant is requesting approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 2019-02 <br />(County Map No. 2018-188) to subdivide an existing industrial site consisting of nine <br />new buildings into ten new parcels, of which nine would be for individual ownership and <br />one (Lot A) for common area purposes. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: The Zoning Administrator will consider whether the <br />proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional <br />environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Guidelines, Section 15301 – Existing Facilities. Notice of Exemption, Environmental <br />Review No. 2020-40 will be filed for this project. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution. A RESOLUTION OF THE ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 2019-02 (COUNTY MAP NO. 2018-188) AS CONDITIONED TO SUBDIVIDE <br />AN EXISTING PARCEL INTO TEN PARCELS (NINE PARCELS AND ONE LETTERED <br />LOT) AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 666 EAST DYER ROAD, INCLUDING THE <br />NINE BUILDINGS AT 640, 642, 650, 652, 660, AND 662 EAST DYER ROAD; 2906 <br />AND 2910 SOUTH TECH CENTER DRIVE (PREVIOUSLY 709 EAST ALTON <br />AVENUE); AND AT 705 EAST ALTON AVENUE T <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />You may submit written comments by email to ecomments@santa-ana.org (reference ‘”Zoning Administrator Public Comment for Agenda Item #” in the <br />subject line).
