Labor <br />Hourly <br />Brief Description of Duties <br />Classification <br />Loaded Rate <br />Project Manager, <br />$165/hour <br />Responsible for all Levels of service and for staff including Licensed <br />Broker <br />agents as well as managing project, budgets and sub consultants. <br />Acquisition/Relocation <br />$125/hour <br />Manages complex tasks and works closely with PWA project <br />Manager <br />management in the planning and administration of project services. <br />Responsible for all activities of Senior Right of Way Agents and <br />Agents. <br />Utility Manager <br />$125/hour <br />Responsible for delivery of Utility activity including communication <br />with all utilities, sending out claim letters, preparing report of <br />investigation to determine liability, issuing Notice to Owners for City <br />Review, drafting utility agreements when necessary. <br />Railroad Coordinator/ <br />Silo/hour <br />Responsible for all Railroad activities including C&M agreements, <br />Right of Way <br />Flagging Agreements, CPUC applications and other related railroad <br />Certification Agent <br />matters. Responsible for drafting R/W Certifications when necessary. <br />coordinating with CaLtrans Right of Way and addressing comments <br />for final approval. <br />Project Coordinator <br />$55/hour <br />Sets up files, arranges meetings, documents minutes of meetings, <br />supports agents and managers with various activities in preparation <br />of acquisition and relocation meetings with owners and displacees, <br />collects information from agents to update status reports for Project <br />Manager review. <br />OA/flC Manager <br />$125/hour <br />Reviews all processes, documents including agreements, deeds, <br />Legal descriptions, administrative settlements, relocation claims for <br />accuracy and compliance. <br />Senior Right of Way <br />$iio/hour <br />Responsible for the more complex negotiations, drafting offer <br />Agent - Acquisition/ <br />packages, reviewing appraisals, securing settlements, documenting <br />Relocation <br />negotiations, also handles the more complex relocations including <br />business relocations. <br />Right of Way Agent - <br />$90.00 <br />Responsible for the Less complex acquisitions and relocations <br />Acquisition/Relocation <br />including residential relocations, prepares offer packages, eligibility <br />notices, relocation claims. <br />Office assistant <br />$40/hour <br />Assists Project Coordinator and to deliver projects.
