The City is exercising its option for a one (1) year ProjectDox subscription, <br />as noted in the Software Sales Order. Additionally, the City is committingto a second year of the ProjectDox subscription, <br />and will have three (3) optional one (1) year renewal terms. At the time of purchase, any remaining credit of the unused <br />portion of the PaperlessNOW 6-month Subscription Fee shall be applied toward the purchase of the ProjectDox SaaS <br />System. The parties acknowledge that the Pricing Proposal Quotation #18818887, which was omitted from the <br />Agreement, is to be replaced by the pricing quotation below. The parties also acknowledge that the Implementation <br />Services provided under the prior Agreement are terminated, and now transitioned to the new Implementation Services <br />listed below.
