3. Approval of Management Plan. City shall review and <br />approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove the <br />Management Plan <br />4. Revision to Management Plan. Developer shall revise <br />Management Plan if conditionally approved or disapproved <br />by City. <br />5. Approval of Revised Management Plan. City shall review and <br />approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove revised <br />Management Plan. <br />6. Construction Progress Reports. During construction <br />Developer shall prepare monthly written progress reports and <br />submit to City Manager <br />Not later than twenty (20) <br />business days after receipt of a <br />complete submittal from <br />Developer <br />Within fourteen (14) days of <br />receipt of disapproved <br />Management Plan from City. <br />Within fourteen (14) days of <br />receipt of a complete submittal <br />of revised Management Plan <br />from Developer, but not later <br />than 120 days prior to project <br />completion. <br />Commencing thirty (30) days <br />after start of the Construction <br />work through completion. <br />7. Commencement of Construction of the Improvements. No later than 15 days after close of escrow <br />Developer shall cause the Construction of the Improvements to <br />be commenced by Contractor. <br />8. Completion of Construction of the Improvements. Developer <br />shall complete all work of the Construction of the <br />Improvements. <br />On or before 24 months after <br />the close of escrow (subject to <br />extension by City based upon <br />substantial progress toward <br />completion of construction by <br />Developer). <br />55A-111 <br />
