Review calendar of regularly scheduled City Council Meetings in 2021. <br />2. Cancel the regularly scheduled City Council meeting for January 5, 2021 and August 3, <br />2021. <br />3. Direct staff to post Notice of Cancellation(s). The City Council hereby waives notice of said <br />meetings as required by the government code. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Consistent with past practice, the City Council has canceled the first meeting of the year and one <br />meeting during the summer months. If the City Council cancels any regularly scheduled meeting, <br />they will resume consideration of agenda items at their next regular scheduled meeting. The City <br />Council reserves the right to cancel any other meetings and notify the public as legally required by <br />the Brown Act. <br />The 2021 Master Calendar and agendas for all regular and special meetings will be posted on the <br />City's website at: www.santa-ana.org/cc/city-meetings.
