Council Meetings.: <br />DVC will provide a streaming resource for The City of Santa Ana based on the original RFP. <br />Contractor shall provide production services in live meeting coverage and playback for up to 24 meetings. <br />Production services shall include all responsibility for graphics during the presentations, video roll -ins and all <br />audio/visual needs. <br />The City will provide contact information and reasonable amount of time to train the DVC team. DVC will <br />charge a reasonable hourly rate for the trainees including streaming professional, camera op and graphic to <br />be 100% comfortable stepping in. DVC will also require a full run through. DVC will require to shadow the <br />incumbent. <br />Annual State of the City Address and major events: <br />DVC will provide a full event and management resource at a competitive rate. <br />Contractor shall provide live meeting events including staging, lighting, tents, camera operations, cable <br />running, security, equipment load in and load out. <br />25B-23 <br />
