This letter <br />constitutes notice of the designation of PLHA program funds for use in Orange County. <br />The City of Santa Ana will be required to enter into a state Standard Agreement that will <br />set forth conditions for funding and milestones that are required to be met. <br />Except for predevelopment expenses for construction projects funded by PLHA and <br />the costs to develop and prepare the PLHA application, no costs incurred more than <br />one year prior to commitment by the Local government may be paid from PLHA funds. <br />Reimbursement of expenses to prepare the PLHA application is subject to the cap on <br />administrative fees. <br />Congratulations on your successful application.
