Our typical timeline is outlined below: <br />Design Phase: <br />Weeks 1-2 <br />• Receive Assignment from City to Clark Land <br />• Research and review all relevant real estate documents <br />• Field visit <br />Weeks 3-4 <br />• Prepare Plats & Legals <br />• Internal QA/QC <br />• Obtain City Approval <br />• Final signed plats & Legals <br />Appraisal Phase: <br />Weeks 1-2 <br />• Kick -Off meeting with City and Clark Land <br />• Review all relevant real estate documents <br />• Site visit, pictures, field notes <br />Weeks 2-4 <br />• Research zoning <br />• Perform market analysis (sales, income, replacement) <br />• Determine Highest and Best Use <br />Weeks 4-6 <br />• Perform final calculations <br />• Prepare draft reports <br />• Internal QA/QC <br />• Weeks 7-8 <br />• Provide draft for client review <br />• Prepare final reports <br />Week 9 <br />• Deliver final appraisal reports <br />25D-284 Page 12 of 19 1 Clark Land Resources, Inc.
