APPROVE A CONDITIONAL GRANT AGREEMENT, 99-YEAR GROUND LEASES, AND <br />AFFORDABILITY AND MAINTENANCE RESTRICTIONS WITH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY <br />OF ORANGE COUNTY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LACY STREET PROJECT <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />1. Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute two Affordability and <br />Maintenance Restrictions Agreements for the development of the Lacy Street affordable housing <br />project located at 826 N Lacy Street (APN 398-041-22) and 416 Vance Street (APN 398-041-22), only <br />differentiated by the address, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the Executive Director <br />of the Housing Authority and Authority General Counsel. <br />2.
