EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Santa Ana CARES Utility Assistance <br />AUGUST 1, 2020 - DECEMBER 30, 2020 <br />The Santa Ana CARES Utility Assistance is aimed at assisting residents within the City <br />of Santa Ana that have been affected by COVID-19. The funding, which is part of the <br />CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Funds bill, will aid those residents that need assistance <br />in surviving and recovering through this pandemic. Funding will be allocated in the form <br />of grants, on a first come first serve basis. <br />CONTRACTOR shall develop, implement and administer the Santa Ana CARES Utility <br />Assistance pursuant to this scope of work and the terms of this agreement. <br />I. Size of the grant: <br />The Santa Ana CARES Utility Assistance will provide $500 for Santa Ana Residents <br />who have demonstrated a financial need because ofCOVID-19 (COVID). Residents <br />must be able to provide proof (receipts) that funds received, were spent in accordance <br />with Program requirements directly to the CITY through a CITY portal. <br />H. Residents must have been affected by COVID-19: <br />The resident must submit an attestation stating that it is impacted by COVID-19 <br />in one of the following ways: <br />• Job Loss <br />Or <br />• Twenty-five percent (25%) reduction in household income <br />III. Eligibility Requirements: <br />Residents must meet the following eligibility requirements: <br />• Job Loss <br />OR <br />0 Twenty-five percent (25%) reduction in household income <br />Ell <br />
