The District offers the following comment on the Not for the Project: 1. The District has students who reside in the Project area who are provided home -to -school transportation on a daily basis. Accordingly, the District requests a traffic control plan prior to the start of construction similar to the one described in Mitigation Measure HA2d, so that we can appropriately notify the affected families and plan our transportation accordingly.
