Intellectual Property <br />Loss arising out of any actual or <br />alleged infringement or violation of <br />any of the following rights or laws: <br />(1) Copyright; <br />(2) Patent; <br />(3) Trade dress; <br />(4) Trade name; <br />(5) Trade secret; <br />(6) Trademark; or <br />(7) Other intellectual property rights <br />or laws. <br />e. Internet Service Interruption <br />Loss arising out of an Internet <br />service interruption or failure. <br />This exclusion does not apply if such <br />interruption or failure was caused by <br />you. <br />f. Privacy Related <br />Loss arising out of disclosure or use <br />of material that: <br />(1) Appropriates a person's name, <br />voice, photograph or likeness; or <br />(2) Unreasonably places a person in a <br />false light. <br />or computer operating system or related <br />network. <br />"Denial of service attack" means an <br />intentional attack on a web -site or a <br />computer or communications network for <br />the purpose of nuisance, sabotage or <br />malicious tampering that has the effect <br />of: <br />a. Depleting system resources available <br />through the Internet to "authorized <br />users" of your web -site or "your <br />computer or communications <br />network"; or <br />b. Impeding access of "authorized <br />users" to your web -site or "your <br />computer or communications net- <br />work". <br />4. "Identity information" means any of the <br />following information concerning a person: <br />a. Nonpublic personal information as <br />defined in the Gramm -Leach Bliley <br />Act of 1999, or any of its <br />amendments, or any regulation issued <br />pursuant to such Act; <br />b. Medical or health care information, <br />including protected health information <br />as defined in the Health Insurance <br />Portability and Accountability Act of <br />1996, or any of its amendments, or <br />any regulation issued pursuant to <br />such Act; <br />c. Personal information that is protected <br />from unauthorized access or <br />acquisition under any other local, <br />state, federal or foreign law or <br />regulation; or <br />g. Property Damage <br />d.
