Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />NOV 9 <br />102p <br />Pursuant to the terms of the Cannabis Operating Agreement ("said Agreement") entered into between the City of <br />Santa Ana ("City") and 55 OC Collective DBA Jungle Boys ("Operator") located at 2911 Tech Center Dr. in Santa <br />Ana, the Term of said Agreement expires on December 31, 2020 but can be extended for a two-year period by a <br />writing issued by the City Manager and City Attorney, with approval of the Operator. All other terms, conditions, <br />and exhibits of said Agreement will remain in full effect until December 31, 2022. <br />Please execute this document below showing your approval to extend the Tenn of said Agreement through December <br />31, 2022. Return the signed document to the City to Ali Pezeshkpour at: City of Santa Ana, Planning and Building <br />Agency (M-20), 20 Civic Center Plaza, P.O. Box 1988, Santa Ana, CA 92702 by Wednesday, November 25, 2020. <br />Failure to sign and return this document will result in the termination of said Agreement on December 31, 2020 and <br />will result in violation of the requirements of your approved Regulatory Safety Permit.
