Scope of Work <br />Paint on Parking Structure Walls <br />Request <br />• Property owner of 4th Street Market is in the process of developing <br />apartments on the second floor, which will have balconies that face the <br />parking structure wall. Property owner is interested in painting the exterior <br />parking structure wall to provide for better aesthetics for visitors in <br />Downtown Santa Ana. Exterior wall in the alley <br />way between 41h & 5fh and French & Spurgeon; and <br />o Interior Wall at the entrance of the West parking structure. Interior <br />wall at the entrance. <br />Work to be Conducted <br />• Exterior Wall at the WEST parking structure. Exterior wall in the alleyway <br />between 4rh & 5th and French & Spurgeon: <br />o minor spalling repair, crack fill, primer <br />o repaint with light blue paint and white clouds. <br />• Interior Wall at the entrance of the WEST parking structure: <br />o minor spalling repair, crack fill, primer <br />o repaint with colored geometric shapes. <br />Timeframe <br />• 1-2 weeks to complete the work between November 1-30, 2020 <br />• General Contractor to advise City staff of begin date with at least one - <br />week advance notice. <br />
