EXCUSED ABSENCES – None. <br /> <br />END OF CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br /> <br />JOINT SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />AGENCY <br /> <br />2. APPROVE A CONDITIONAL GRANT AGREEMENT, 99- <br />YEAR GROUND LEASES, AND AFFORDABILITY AND <br />MAINTENANCE RESTRICTIONS WITH HABITAT FOR <br />HUMANITY OF ORANGE COUNTY FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THE LACY STREET PROJECT <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />1. Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute two <br />Affordability and Maintenance Restrictions Agreements for the development of <br />the Lacy Street affordable housing project located at 826 N Lacy Street (APN <br />398-041-22) and 416 Vance Street (APN 398-041-22), only differentiated by the <br />address, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the Executive Director <br />of the Housing Authority and Authority General Counsel. <br /> <br />2.
