Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Delay Gomez <br />Re: Extension of Agreement for Painting Services for Water Production Facilities <br />Agreement No. A-201M05 <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by US National Corp., <br />and the City of Santa Ana, dated January 16, 2018, the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended <br />for an additional two-year period, from January 16, 2021 through January 15, 2023. Any insurance <br />certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
