CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT NO.-, 15-6446 <br />SAINT GERTRUDE AND GRAND AVENUE 'WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT <br />ATEMENT REbARDINCi APPRENTICF�SHIP REQUIREMENTS <br />The undersigned BIDDER is familiar with the requirements of Section 1777.5 of the State Labor <br />Code regarding employment of apprentices, and understands that contractors on .contracts <br />exceeding $30,000 or 20 working days shall; <br />I. Apply to the ,Joint apprenticeship committee administering the apprenticeship standards of <br />the crab or trade in the area of the site of the public work for a certificate approving the <br />contractor under the apprenticeship standards for the employment and training of apprentices <br />in the area or industry affected, <br />2. Employ the number of apprentices or the ratio of apprentices to journeymen stipulated in the <br />apprenticeship standards. <br />3.
