C-6-0069 <br />3 BETWEEN <br />4 ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />5 AND <br />6 CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />7 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 9 is effective as of this day of , 2020 <br />8 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, (hereinafter referred to <br />9 as "AUTHORITY") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />10 California (hereinafter referred to as "CITY"). <br />11 WITNESSETH: <br />12 WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 dated June 12, 2006, as last changed by <br />13 Amendment No. 8, dated September 18, 2018, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into a cooperative <br />14 agreement for the Bristol Street Widening Project; and <br />15 WHEREAS, CITY and AUTHORITY agree to extend the term of the Agreement by twelve (12) <br />16 months to allow for completion of the work: <br />17 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that <br />18 Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 is hereby amended in the following particulars only: <br />19 1. Amend ARTICLE 2. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS page 3 of 26, paragraph B, line 3, last <br />20 changed by Amendment No. 8, dated September 18, 2018, to delete "December 31, 2020" as the <br />21 expiration date of the agreement and, in lieu thereof, insert "December 31, 2021." <br />22 / <br />23 / <br />24 / <br />25 / <br />26 / <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
