b. If notice is mailed, we will mail it to the last <br />mailing address known to us of the Named <br />Insured first shown in the Declarations. <br />Proof of mailing will be sufficient proof of notice. <br />c. If we offer to renew but such Named Insured <br />does not accept our offer during the current <br />"policy period," this policy will not be renewed at <br />the end of such "policy period." <br />3.
