THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />EXCLUSION - UNMANNED AIRCRAFT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />UMBRELLA LIABILITY PROVISIONS <br />.1JIT, 1-]N=1IW_\II_1-]I111Vd:J:101TA6-1C07►RIST/l:tr]1►11_1 <br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the ownership, maintenance, use or <br />terms and conditions of the policy apply to the insurance entrustment to others of any aircraft (other <br />stated below. than "unmanned aircraft") that is owned or <br />A. The following changes Section I, Paragraph B. operated by or rented or loaned to any <br />EXCLUSIONS: "insured". <br />1. The Aircraft exclusion in Section I, Paragraph <br />B.6. of the Umbrella Liability Provisions, Form <br />SX 80 02, or Section I, Paragraph B.5. of the <br />Umbrella Liability Provisions - Virginia, Form SX <br />80 03, is deleted and replaced with the following: <br />Aircraft <br />a. Unmanned Aircraft <br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising <br />out of the ownership, maintenance, use or <br />entrustment to others of any aircraft that is <br />an "unmanned aircraft". Use includes <br />operation and "loading or unloading". <br />This Paragraph a. applies even if the claims <br />against any "insured" allege negligence or <br />other wrongdoing in the supervision, hiring, <br />employment, training or monitoring of others <br />by that "insured", if the "occurrence" which <br />caused the "bodily injury' or "property <br />damage" involved the ownership, <br />maintenance, use or entrustment to others <br />of any aircraft that is an "unmanned <br />aircraft". <br />b. Aircraft (Other Than Unmanned Aircraft) <br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising <br />out of the ownership, operation, <br />maintenance, use, entrustment to others, <br />"loading or unloading" of any aircraft (other <br />than "unmanned aircraft": <br />(1) Owned by any "insured"; or <br />(2) Chartered or loaned to any "insured". <br />This exclusion applies even if the claims <br />allege negligence or other wrongdoing in the <br />supervision, hiring, employment, training or <br />monitoring of others by an "insured", if the <br />"occurrence" which caused the "bodily <br />injury" or "property damage" involved the <br />Form SX 21 94 03 17 <br />This exclusion does not apply to aircraft <br />(other than "unmanned aircraft) that is: <br />(1) Hired, chartered or loaned with a paid <br />crew; but <br />(2) Not owned by any "insured". <br />This exclusion does not apply to "bodily <br />injury" to any of your "employees" arising out <br />of and in the course of their employment by <br />you. <br />2. The following exclusion is added: <br />Personal and Advertising Injury - Unmanned <br />Aircraft <br />"Personal and advertising injury' arising out of <br />the ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment <br />to others of any aircraft that is an "unmanned <br />aircraft". Use includes operation and "loading or <br />unloading". <br />This exclusion applies even if the claims against <br />any "insured" allege negligence or other <br />wrongdoing in the supervision, hiring, <br />employment, training or monitoring of others by <br />that "insured", if the offense which caused the <br />"personal and advertising injury" involved the <br />ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment to <br />others of any aircraft that is an "unmanned <br />aircraft". <br />However, this exclusion does not apply if the <br />only allegation in the claim or "suit" involves an <br />intellectual property right which is limited to: <br />a. Infringement, in your "advertisement", of: <br />(1) Copyright; <br />(2) Slogan; or <br />(3) Title of any literary or artistic work; or <br />b.
