THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />FOLLOWING FORM ENDORSEMENT <br />AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the <br />SPECTRUM UMBRELLA LIABILITY SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT <br />This policy does not apply to liability arising out of the <br />1. Ownership; <br />2. Operation; <br />3. Maintenance; <br />4. Use; <br />5. Entrustment to others; or <br />6. Loading or unloading; <br />Of any "auto." <br />This exclusion applies even if the claims against any <br />insured allege negligence or other wrongdoing in the <br />supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of <br />others by that insured, if the "occurrence" which caused in <br />the injury or damage involved the ownership, maintenance, <br />use, entrustment to others, or loading or unloading of any <br />"auto". <br />Form SX 24 01 04 01 <br />EXCEPTION <br />This exclusion does not apply if "underlying insurance" is <br />maintained providing coverage for such "auto" with <br />minimum underlying limits as described for Commercial <br />Automobile Liability in the Schedule of Underlying <br />Insurance Policies. <br />Condition K. - Maintenance of Underlying Insurance <br />applies to this exception. <br />© 2001, The Hartford <br />ew cF RAMwagementDMsian <br />Jy/ \'x REVIEWED & APPROVED BY: <br />V"° <br />--� Risk janagement Analyst <br />
