Migration of legacy history blocks from physical server to new virtual server H. Extended T&M Support 1. City is requesting a block of 680 hours of additional T&M time to allow the Engineering Team to support them as they make periodic expansions to the new System Platform -based SCADA system. Intent would be for the time to be used at a rate of approximately one (1) week per month over a period of 19 months. Scope of work would include: a. Periodic reviews of City development work b. Technical assistance as requested c. Documentation assistance as requested PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES: ENGINEERING TEAM 1. Project technical leadership and guidance 2. Perform project design, development, commissioning and support tasks as outlined above END USER: 1. Provide required project infrastructure, including: a. Server and workstation hardware that meets project requirements b. Server & workstation configuration including VM Hosts, virtualized servers, OS, network, virtualization, etc. c. Server & workstation software licensing, including OS (Windows), virtualization, database, and application software d. Wonderware and other application software licensing (e.g. Dream Report, ThinManager, etc.) e. Make infrastructure available for project development and testing 2. Provide physical access to relevant systems and equipment as required X 3. Provide reliable, robust remote access to relevant systems sufficient to allow remote support 4. Provide required user credentials and permissions 5. Ensure that appropriate, qualified staff are readily available to assist with all aspects of the project's design, development, testing, and deployment ASSUMPTIONS: The following are assumptions or considerations that apply to this proposal. Deviations from these may result in schedule impact or additional costs to the client. 1. All work will be performed remotely. Commissioning support could be provided onsite with additional of associated travel and living expenses 2. Template count and 10 based on data provided by the City for the Walnut Pump Station 3. Pump station data will be acquired from existing Modicon M340 PLC. 4. No modifications to PLC code is included in project scope 5. Base template data content and functionality are assumed to be "nearly identical" (95+% identical) allowing the same base object to be utilized "as built" for all facility devices (e.g. single pump template will work for all pups, etc.) 6. Physical installation, wiring & networking of project hardware will be performed by others 7.
