CITY VISION AND CODE OF ETHICS — The City of Santa Ana is committed to achieving a <br />shared vision for the organization and its community. Carvalho <br />Clerk of the Council Daisy Gomez <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS — Members of the public may address the City Council on items on <br />the Closed Session Agenda may do so by: <br />Comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting for ALL comments on agenda <br />and non -agenda items within the jurisdiction of the City, with the exception of public hearing <br />items. Comments for public hearings will take place after the hearing is opened.
