The <br />project includes roadway space reassignments at multiple locations to add to the <br />parking protected bikeway network throughout the grid. The project also includes <br />signal modifications, pavement microseal and spot digouts, ADA upgrades, <br />modifications to the US 50/5th Street Interchange to convert to two-way traffic, <br />and modifications to the I Street/UPRR at -grade crossing. <br />Carbon Canyon Channel Class 1 Bikeway (OC Loop Segment D) <br />PS&E for the design of this project that will connect the existing trail at Imperial <br />Highway and La Floresta to the existing portion of El Cajon trail at Bastanchury <br />Road. The project includes a 12'-14'-wide bikeway, retaining walls, drainage, <br />landscape, irrigation, hardscape, ADA access, bicycle/ pedestrian signals <br />and beacons, street crossings, maintenance road access, signage, pervious <br />pavement and localized stormwater best management practices (BMP's). <br />
