N� U, "'UY ON FILc ":F p.D ES N-2021-012-01 (5ark442 b"Op !'FIRST AMENDMENT TO POLICE RECRUITMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL TESTING NETWORK THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on January 19, 2021, by and between National Testing Network ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2021-012, dated December 3, 2020, by which Consultant agreed to provide testing and recruitment services for the City ("Agreement"). B. The term of the Agreement commences on February 1, 2021 and continues through January 31, 2022. The Agreement is currently in effect. C. The parties wish to amend the agreement to include additional services related to recruitment and testing for candidates applying for dispatch services provided by the City and increase the compensation amount for the Agreement to cover costs for the additional services. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section 1, Scope of Services, is amended to include the additional services provided by the Consultant as described and set forth in Exhibit A-1 (Dispatch), attached hereto this First Amendment to the Agreement, and incorporated by reference. 2. Section 2, Compensation, is amended to increase the total compensation for services provided by Consultant in the amount of $750. The total sum to be expended for this Agreement shall not exceed $2,250. 3. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the Agreement on the date and year first written above.
