THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. THE HARTFORD EXPEDITING EXPENSES This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: SPECIAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply. A. The following is added to Paragraph A.6., Coverage Extensions, of the Special Property Coverage Form: Expediting Expenses (1) You may extend the insurance that applies to the Extra Expense Coverage Extension to apply to necessary "expediting expenses" you incur during the "period of restoration" that you would not have incurred if there had been no direct physical loss or direct physical damage to property at the "scheduled premises", including personal property in the open (or in a vehicle) within 1,000 feet of the "scheduled premises", caused by or resulting from a Covered Cause of Loss. (2) The most we will pay in any one occurrence for loss under this Coverage Extension is the Limit of Insurance shown in the Declarations for Expediting Expenses. B. The following definition is added to Section G., PROPERTY DEFINITIONS, of the Special Property Coverage Form: "Expediting expense" means the following reasonable and necessary additional expenses: a. Overtime wages; b. Extra cost of express or rapid means of transportation; c. Costs to make temporary repairs; d. Costs to expedite permanent repair or replacement of damaged Coverd Property; and e.
