THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />THE <br />HARTFORD <br />If the necessary suspension of your "off -premises operations" produces a Business Income loss payable <br />under Paragraph (1) above, we will pay for the actual loss of Business Income you incur during the period <br />that: <br />(a) Begins on the date property, other than finished stock, is actually repaired, rebuilt or replaced and <br />"off -premises operations" are resumed; and <br />(b) Ends on the earlier of: <br />(i) The date you could restore your "off -premises operations" with reasonable speed, to the condition <br />that would have existed if no direct physical loss or direct physical damage occurred; or <br />(ii) 45 consecutive days after the date determined in Paragraph (1)(a) above, unless a different time <br />period is shown in the Declarations for Extended Business Income. <br />However, Extended Business Income does not apply to loss of Business Income incurred as a result of <br />unfavorable business conditions caused by the impact of the Covered Cause of Loss in the area where <br />the "scheduled premises" is located. <br />(7) With respect to the coverage provided in this Coverage Extension, suspension means the partial <br />slowdown or complete cessation of your business activities. <br />(8) We will deduct from the total Extra Expense to be paid: <br />(a) The salvage value that remains of any property bought for temporary use during the "off -premises <br />period of restoration", once "off -premises operations" are resumed; and <br />(b) Any Extra Expense that is paid for by other insurance. <br />(9) We will not pay for any Extra Expense or increase of Business Income loss caused by or resulting from: <br />(a) Delay in rebuilding, repairing or replacing the property or resuming "off -premises operations", due to <br />interference at the location of the rebuilding, repair or replacement by strikers or other persons; or <br />(b) Suspension, lapse or cancellation of any license, lease or contract. But if the suspension, lapse or <br />cancellation is directly caused by the suspension of "off -premises operations', we will cover such loss <br />that affects your Business Income during the "period of restoration". <br />(c) Any other consequential loss. <br />(10)Under this Coverage Extension, coverage for Business Income and Extra Expense does not apply when <br />the suspension of "off -premises operations" is caused by destruction or corruption of "electronic data", or <br />any loss or damage to "electronic data". <br />(11)A waiting period may apply, however, no other deductible applies to this Coverage Extension. <br />(12)The most we will pay in any one occurrence for all Business Income, Extended Business Income and <br />Extra Expense under this Coverage Extension is the limit shown in the Declarations for Business Income <br />From Off -Premises Operations. <br />B. The following changes are made to Section G., PROPERTY DEFINITIONS: <br />1. The following definition is added: <br />"Off -premises operations" means your business activities occurring more than 1,000 feet away from the <br />"scheduled premises" but within the coverage territory. <br />2. The following definition is added: <br />"Off -premises period of restoration" means: <br />a.
