THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />THE <br />HARTFORD <br />(a) Delay in rebuilding, repairing or replacing the property or resuming "operations", due to interference at <br />the location of the rebuilding, repair or replacement by strikers or other persons; or <br />(b) Suspension, lapse or cancellation of any license, lease or contract. But if the suspension, lapse or <br />cancellation is directly caused by the suspension of "operations', we will cover such loss that affects <br />your Business Income during the "website interruption period of restoration". <br />(c) Any other consequential loss. <br />(10)Under this Coverage Extension, coverage for Business Income and Extra Expense does not apply when <br />the suspension of "operations" is caused solely by the destruction or corruption of "electronic data", or any <br />loss or damage to "electronic data". <br />(11)A waiting period may apply, however, no other deductible applies to this Coverage Extension. <br />(12)The most we will pay in any one occurrence under this Coverage Extension is the Limit of Insurance <br />shown in the Declarations for Business Income From Websites. <br />B. The following changes are made to Section G., PROPERTY DEFINITIONS: <br />1. The following definition is added: <br />"On-line access" means: <br />a. Accessing information made available by third parties; or <br />b. Making information available to third parties <br />via "computer" or other electronic systems. <br />2. The following definition is added: <br />"Website interruption period of restoration" <br />a. Means the period of time that: <br />(1) Begins: <br />(a) The number of hours shown in the Declarations after the time of direct physical loss or direct physical <br />damage for Business Income from Websites coverage, or <br />(b) Immediately after the time of direct physical loss or direct physical damage for Extra Expense <br />coverage; and <br />(2) Ends on the earlier of: <br />(a) The date when the property at the premises of the vendor that provides you with "on-line access" <br />services should be repaired, rebuilt or replaced with reasonable speed and similar quality; or <br />(b) The date when your "operations" are resumed through a new vendor which provides "on-line access"; <br />or <br />(c) Exhaustion of the number of days as shown in the Declarations as the Business Income from <br />Websites Period of Restoration. <br />The expiration date of this Coverage Part will not cut short the "website interruption period of restoration". <br />eGF �D <br />Form SP 30 47 10 18 ��/ 1°x REVIEWED & APPROVED BY.- <br />© 2018, The Hartford <br />(May include copyrighted material of Insurance Services Office, Inc., with its 1— WWR r skPjanagementAnalpt <br />
