THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />THE <br />HARTFORD <br />(d) Exclusion 13.1.e., War and Military Action; and <br />(e) Paragraph 13.1.f., Water. <br />(5) Additional Exclusions <br />We will not pay for loss or damage caused by or resulting from: <br />(a) The disconnecting of any of the following systems from the source of power: <br />(i) Refrigerating; <br />(ii) Cooling; or <br />(iii) Humidity control. <br />(b) The loss of electrical power caused by the shutting off of any switch or other device used to control <br />the flow of electric power or current. <br />(c) The inability of an electrical utility company, your stationary heating plant or any other power source <br />to provide sufficient heat or power due to: <br />(i) Lack of fuel; <br />(ii) Lack of capacity to make enough heat or power; or <br />(iii) Order of the government. <br />(d) Breaking of any glass that is a permanent part of a refrigerating, cooling or humidity control unit. <br />(6) Additional Conditions <br />(a) We will pay for physical loss or physical damage under this Coverage Extension only when such <br />physical loss or physical damage is not covered elsewhere in this Coverage Part or Policy or any <br />other policy that insures "perishable goods" at the "scheduled premises". <br />(b) In the event of physical loss or physical damage, none of the other coverages under this Coverage <br />Part or Policy or any other policy will share in its payment unless the provisions of the Coverage Part <br />or policy are similar to the provisions of this Coverage Extension. <br />(c) We will not make payment for "perishable goods" that were beyond their expiration date at the time of <br />loss. <br />(d) If an item of "perishable goods" consists of multiple doses or other measurable units, we will only pay <br />your costs to replace the number doses or measurable units that were lost or damaged. <br />(7) Valuation <br />(a) With respect to this Coverage Extension only, Paragraph E.5.d. within the Loss Payment Condition <br />does not apply to physical loss or physical damage to "perishable goods". <br />(b) "Perishable goods" will be valued at Replacement Cost. <br />(c) As it pertains to coverage under this Coverage Extension, Replacement Cost means the reasonable <br />cost that you incur to replace such property. For "perishable goods" that are no longer available at the <br />time of loss (such as seasonal fruits, vegetables, or vaccinations), you may make claim for the costs <br />you incurred to purchase them. <br />(8) The most we will pay in any one occurrence under this Coverage Extension is the Limit of Insurance <br />shown in the Declarations for Spoilage. <br />B. The following changes are made to Section G., PROPERTY DEFINITIONS: <br />1. The following definition is added: <br />"Mechanical breakdown accident" means: <br />a. Breaking or separation of any mechanical part(s) other than gas pipes or lines; or <br />b.
