Wherever this Coverage Part mentions any law, including, without limitation, any statute, Act or Code of the United States, such mention shall be deemed to include all amendments of, and all rules or regulations promulgated under, such law. 2. Wherever this Coverage Part mentions any law or laws, including, without limitation, any statute, Act or Code of the United States, and such mention is followed by the phrase "or any similar law", such phrase shall be deemed to include all similar laws of all jurisdictions throughout the world, including, without limitation, statutes and any rules or regulations promulgated under such statutes as well as common law. L. Action Against Us 1. No action shall be taken against us unless there shall have been full compliance with all the terms and conditions of this Coverage Part. 2. No person or organization shall have any right under this Coverage Part to join us as a party to any "claim" against the "insureds" nor shall we be impleaded by the "insureds" in any such "claim". M. Entire Agreement This Coverage Part, the "application" and any written endorsements attached hereto, along with the Declarations constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to this Coverage Part's insurance. N. Bankruptcy or Insolvency Bankruptcy or insolvency of any "insureds" shall not relieve us of any of our obligations under this Coverage Part. O. Authorization of First Named Insured The first "named insured" shall act on behalf of all "Insureds" with respect to all matters under this Coverage Part, including, without limitation, giving and receiving of notices regarding "claims", cancellation, election of the Extended Reporting Period, payment of premiums, receipt of any return premiums, and acceptance of any endorsements to this Coverage Part. P. When We Do Not Renew 1. If we decide not to renew this Coverage Part, we will mail or deliver to the first "named insured" shown in the Declarations written notice of the nonrenewal not less than thirty (30) days before the expiration date. 2. If notice is mailed, proof of mailing will be sufficient proof of notice. 3.
