CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />Policyholder Notice - Countrywide <br />IMPORTANT INFORMATION <br />REQUEST FOR JURISDICTIONAL <br />INSPECTION OF PRESSURE EQUIPMENT <br />Many states and some cities issue certificates permitting the continued operation of certain equipment such as boilers, <br />water heaters and pressure vessels. Periodic inspections are required to renew these certificates. CNA is not responsible for said fines or penalties. <br />REMINDER <br />If new equipment is installed or old equipment replaced that requires a jurisdictional inspection, please let us know by <br />transmitting the new information to the postal address/fax number/email address listed above and on the following page. <br />If this is a renewal and information (locations) has not changed, please disregard this notice. <br />If inspection and maintenance are outside of your area of responsibility, we would appreciate your forwarding this notice to <br />the appropriate person.
