CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />First Party Glossary of Defined Terms <br />Flood <br />Flood means a general and temporary condition of partial or complete inundation of normally dry land areas from: <br />A. the overflow, or the expansion beyond normal boundaries, of inland or tidal waters, including natural or man-made <br />lakes, reservoirs, ponds, brooks, rivers, streams, harbors, oceans or any other body of water or watercourse; <br />B. waves, tides or tidal waves including tsunami; <br />or their spray, all whether driven by wind or not, including storm surge. <br />Forgery <br />Forgery means the signing of the name of another person or organization with intent to deceive. Forgery does not <br />include: <br />A. a signature which consists in whole or in part of one's own name signed with or without authority, in any capacity <br />for any purpose; <br />B. the electronic or manual insertion of any personal identification code, including personal identification numbers or <br />passwords; or <br />C. counterfeit. <br />Funds Transfer Fraud <br />Funds transfer fraud means theft of money and securities following and directly related to the use of fraudulent <br />written or verbal instructions which are purported to have been made by the Named Insured, which causes an <br />electronic transfer of money or securities from a financial institution to: <br />A. an account at a financial institution not controlled by the Named Insured; or <br />B. a person other than an employee. <br />Fungi <br />Fungi means any form of fungus, including but not limited to, yeast, mold, mildew, rust, smut or mushroom, and <br />including any spores, mycotoxins, odors, or any other substances, products, or byproducts produced by, released by, <br />or arising out of the current or past presence of fungi. Fungi does not include any fungi intended by the Named <br />s Insured for consumption. <br />N <br />O <br />O <br />0 <br />Goods In Process <br />Goods in process mean raw stock which has undergone any aging, seasoning, mechanical or other process of <br />manufacture but which has not become finished stock. <br />Green Insured Property <br />Green insured property means insured property created, built or constructed following the practice of creating <br />buildings or materials or using processes that incorporate one or more of the following practices and are certified as <br />such by a government organization or a nationally or internationally recognized building industry organization or <br />governmental agency, such as the U.S. Green Building Council (LEED certification), ECD Energy, Environment <br />Canada (Green Globes) or the U.S. Department of Energy: <br />A.
