CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />First Party Glossary of Defined Terms <br />2. the Named Insured is the owner or licensee of the design, patent, trademark or copyright for the goods. <br />Market Value <br />Market value means the price that property might be expected to realize if offered for sale in a fair market. <br />Media <br />Media means recorded information in any format which is an existing original or which can be duplicated or replaced <br />by purchasing an existing duplicate that is for sale, and including any material upon which it is inscribed, printed, <br />written or recorded, owned by the Named Insured or owned by others in the Named Insured's care, custody or <br />control. <br />Media does not include money, securities, stock, fine arts, records of accounts receivable or research and <br />development project property. <br />Member <br />Member means any person serving on the Board of Managers or equivalent executive of a Named Insured that is a <br />limited liability company. <br />Merchandise <br />Merchandise means: <br />A. goods held for sale or installation by the Named Insured which are not manufactured goods; or <br />B. manufactured goods which are completed and ready for packing, shipment, installation or sale at a location of <br />any retail outlet. <br />Messenger <br />Messenger means any of the Named Insured's natural person members, proprietors, partners, executive officers <br />or employees who are duly authorized by the Named Insured to have care and custody of the property outside the <br />premises. <br />0 <br />N <br />s Microbes <br />N <br />Microbes means any: <br />N <br />O <br />O <br />A. non -fungal microorganism; <br />B. non -fungal, colony -form organism; <br />C. virus; or <br />D. bacteria. <br />Microbe includes any spores, mycotoxins, odors, or any other substances, products, or byproducts produced by, <br />released by, or arising out of the current or past presence of microbes. <br />Mobile Computing Device <br />Mobile computing device means cellular phones, laptop computers and other personal hand-held electronic devices, <br />including accessories for such portable computing devices used in the Named Insured's business that are owned by <br />the Named Insured, executive officers or employees (including leased or temporary employees). <br />Mobile computing device does not include any of these devices while rented or leased to <br />CNA62641XX 10-15 <br />Copyright CNA All Rights Reserved. <br />HortaN Risk MmRgzmerttDiAsian <br />`'e'�°�i REVIEWED & APPROVED BY.- <br />o z <br />Risk Management Analyst <br />
