Any recovery from subrogation proceedings, less costs incurred by us in such proceedings, will be payable to <br />you in the proportion that the amount of: <br />(1) Any applicable deductible; and/or <br />(2) Any provable uninsured loss, <br />bears to the entire provable loss amount. <br />G. PROPERTY DEFINITIONS <br />1. "Communication supply services" means property, including overhead transmission lines, supplying <br />communication services, including telephone, radio, microwave or television services, to the "scheduled <br />premises", such as: <br />a. Communication transmission lines, including optic fiber transmission lines; <br />b. Coaxial cables; and <br />c. Microwave radio relays except satellites. <br />2. "Computer" means: <br />a. Programmable electronic equipment that is used to store, retrieve and process data; and <br />b. Associated peripheral equipment that provides communication, including input and output functions such as <br />printing and auxiliary functions such as data transmission. <br />"Computer" includes those used to operate production -type machinery or equipment. <br />3. "Electronic data" means information, facts or computer programs stored as or on, created or used on, or <br />transmitted to or from computer software (including systems and applications software), on hard or floppy disks, <br />CD-ROMs, tapes, drives, cells, data processing devices or any other repositories of computer software which are <br />used with electronically controlled equipment. The term computer programs, referred to in the foregoing <br />description of electronic data, means a set of related electronic instructions which direct the operations and <br />functions of a "computer" or device connected to it, which enable the "computer" or device to receive, process, <br />store, retrieve or send data. <br />"Electronic data" it is not considered physical property under this Coverage Part and is covered only as expressly <br />provided for in this Coverage Part. Any such coverage does not indicate that "electronic data" is considered to be <br />tangible property subject to physical loss or physical damage for purposes of any business interruption coverage <br />or other coverage that requires physical loss or physical damage. <br />4. "Employee" <br />a.
