CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />Pollution Exclusion Amendatory Endorsement <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />It is understood and agreed that under COVERAGES, Coverage A, Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability, the <br />paragraph entitled Exclusions is amended to delete paragraph (2) of exclusion f. Pollution, in its entirety, and replace it <br />with the following: <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />(2) Any loss, cost or expense arising out of any: <br />(a) request, demand, order or statutory or regulatory requirement that any Insured or others test for, monitor, clean <br />up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond to or assess the effects of, pollutants; or <br />(b) Claim by or on behalf of a governmental authority for damages because of testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, <br />removing, containing, treating, detoxifying or neutralizing, or in any way responding to or assessing the effects of, <br />pollutants. <br />However, if liability for damages because of property damage is not excluded by paragraph (1) of this exclusion, <br />then neither will paragraph (2)(a) above serve to exclude such damages. <br />All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged. <br />This endorsement, which forms a part of and is for attachment to the Policy issued by the designated Insurers, takes effect <br />on the effective date of said Policy at the hour stated in said Policy, unless another effective date is shown below, and <br />expires concurrently with said Policy. <br />CNA74843XX (1-15) Pol <br />Page 1 of 1 Endorsemriwi- <br />�M��VALLEY FORGE INSURANCE COMPANY Effectiv R�EWED&APPROVmSY:Insured Name: LYRASIS INC pu-c- .e JZ. � <br />Copyright CNA All Rights Reserved.
